ServiceWeb is the gateway to a wide range of information and access to co-managed services delivered by Kcom and through our services partners.

The system may be used to view customer-specific documentation together with reports and service details, manage support schedules, raise trouble tickets, request Service Vouchers, link to other portals for Partner-delivered services,and provide feedback to Kcom.

Managed Service customers are provided with additional real-time information about your network, depending on the additional Managed Services you have subscribed to.
These enhanced services may be purchased as a bundle or individually within Kcom's
Managed Services and Precision Sourcing framework to help you derive more business benefits
from your network assets and resources.

Customers who have been granted access to ServiceWeb will be provided with a
customer-specific web address, unique usernames and physical security tokens.
